Ceraudo's Elio armchair is inspired by both modern and traditional silhouettes.

Both seat and back cushions are filled with a luxurious feather wrapped foam. The foam retains the structure of the shape, whilst the feather provides the ideal plumpness.

The fabric is polyester and has been fire treated (for domestic interiors).

Ceraudo wanted to design a shape that exposes the key parts of its structure and provides a simple canvas for the upholstery to do all the talking. The inclusion of a traditional camelback detail also softens the structural aesthetic. The curved lines and soft edges were designed to complement Ceraudo's painterly Orpha print, however the style works equally well with a plain or simple print fabric.
