Shipping & Returns
I have placed an order. Where can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date.
If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER
Our brands ship our products directly, which means they can arrive in separate packages.
An individual tracking email will be sent for each brand in your order. If part of your order is still missing, email us at email@example.com. We will locate the missing items for you!
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. CAN YOU HELP ME?
Accidents happen! If your order has arrived damaged, notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 24h of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage. They will enable us to open a claim with our carriers.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Most of our brands offer a 14-day return period. Please note that made-to-order products are not eligible. Make sure to check the return policy of each product.
MY ORDER IS A PRESENT, PLEASE MAY I HAVE IT GIFT WRAPPED?
As some orders are shipped directly by our brand, we can't always guarantee gift wrapping. But drop a line to email@example.com. We will do our very best!
I HAVE RETURNED MY ORDER. HOW DO I KNOW YOU'VE RECEIVED MY RETURN & MOST IMPORTANTLY, WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returned items to be received and processed. (Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 2-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement & that we can legally only issue a refund to the card or provider you bought your products on).
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Please note once you place an order, your delivery address cannot be revised. We would have to cancel your order and place it again with the amended address.
We cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been packed or shipped, so please, please double-check your details.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We currently ship within the UK, Europe & the US. If you are anywhere else in the world, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our absolute best to help.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & ARE CUSTOMS AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICING?
As your articles will be shipped directly from individual brands and suppliers, as well as Maison Flâneur, shipping times may vary. Delivery costs do not include taxes or duties applied by your destination country.
