Enriched with healing botanical essential oils that create a scent rooted in wild spaces, Thyme's Breathing Balm promotes deep breathing, helping you to switch off the body's stress response and in doing so, harness the myriad of wellbeing effects on both body and mind.

Designed to use any time, any place, apply to wrists, chest or neck, breathe deeply and instil calm and focus of both body and mind.

Thyme's water meadow scent is created by carefully blending botanical essential oils. With water mint and apple blossom at its heart, it also includes the essential oils of camomile, rosemary & eucalyptus that encourage deep breathing provide focus for the mind and promote clarity of thought.

Mint is a medicinally important plant; the essential oils promote respiratory health & deep breathing. Both invigorating and relaxing, it is a sweet and gentle herb that has the ability to both invigorate and calm. It is a strong antioxidant with a cooling and analgesic quality that helps soothe, relax and elevate mood.

FORMULA - This plant origin derivation is a blend of sweet almond oil, shea butter with high levels of linoleic and oleic acids to deeply nourish and anti oxidant triglyceride to protect and smooth skin.

Botanicals sit at the heart, with habitats such as woodland and English garden threading through prints to create collections that celebrate the nature we cherish. Hand painted by Thyme’s Founder and Creative Director, Caryn Hibbert née Bertioli, all of the original prints depict the flora that inhabit Thyme’s garden, farm and wild spaces and make up their ‘Patterns of Nature’.
