d’Erlanger and Sloan was established in 2008 by Emilia d’Erlanger and Anna Sloan, two designers whose international backgrounds and shared passion for creativity have shaped their unique approach to interior design. Emilia, raised in the UK with family ties to Spain and France, and Anna, born in America and splitting her time between the US and the UK, bring a global perspective to their classic British interior roots.
The studio is renowned for its imaginative use of texture, innovative balance of colour, and thoughtful curation, resulting in spaces that feel both elegant and personal. Whether working on a listed London townhouse, a sprawling ranch in Tennessee, or the revival of a Scottish estate, d’Erlanger and Sloan create designs that honor the character of each project while reflecting the individuality of their clients.
