My dream material or product to work with
Interior design is a tactile experience. I love designing spaces that are full of different materials to create depth and an enriching living experience. Some of my favourite materials to work with include slubby linens and silks, silk velvet, hand-printed textiles, solid brass and timber. I prefer natural, organic materials to synthetic as they bring a grounded feeling to a space. Over time, natural materials also develop patinas that allow them to gracefully age.
My favourite hack as an interior designer
I enjoy working with my clients existing furniture and/or art collections, and finding new ways to pair these items and place them in the home to give them a new sense of identity and vitality.

Trend I love and one I avoid
I don't follow trends. I prefer to design timeless spaces that are created to align to my client's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
