Penthouse of your dreams

"That quirky lamp, the wild print, the colour you’re “not sure goes”? If it makes you smile, we’ll make it work."

Tips from the Experts

My dream material to work with is cork. It’s an incredibly versatile and sustainable material with a unique tactile quality and natural warmth that instantly elevates a space. I love how it absorbs sound, adds texture, and brings a soft, organic touch.

Using paint strategically to manipulate space and mood. A simple shift in paint colour—even just on the ceiling or trim—can dramatically alter how a room feels. For example, painting walls, skirting boards, and doors the same shade can blur boundaries and make a small room feel more cohesive and spacious. Or using a darker hue in a cosy corner to create intimacy. It’s a cost-effective tool that offers endless creative potential with immediate impact.

If you love it, it will work. Forget the so-called rules—your home isn’t a showroom, it’s your story. That quirky lamp, the wild print, the colour you’re “not sure goes”? If it makes you smile, we’ll make it work. Some of the best spaces happen when we stop overthinking and start trusting our instincts.

A trend I love in 2025 is the rise of soft, sculptural furniture. Think curved sofas, rounded edges, and organic shapes that feel as good as they look. It brings a sense of calm and comfort, while still making a statement—perfect for creating inviting, cocoon-like spaces. Avoiding overly staged, overly branded look.. Imperfection, layering, and a bit of the unexpected make things far more interesting.
