Adelaide comes fresh out of their workshop and is looking for a new home and is upholstered in a vintage, yes correct! vintage Laura Ashley cotton fabric. With his Paisley pattern Adelaide is unique chair brings interest to your home as an occasional chair or even as a bedroom chair. The seat is nice and wide; this slipper chair has almost armchair dimensions, therefore it is very comfortable to sit in.

It is an antique Victorian piece, completely restored and still has its castors (all in working order) and it is upholstered in a traditional method. This piece is rare find with its curved back rest, almost shaped like a tulip. The Laura Ashley fabric dates back around 1986 and the combination of colours used on this fabric is very vintage and classic 80s.

Adelaide’s Shape: Large slipper chair, dimensions:

80 cm height 65 cm width

83 depth

30 seat height

Adelaide is easy to clean either with a damp cloth or an upholstery shampoo. This piece is versatile to use, either as a reading chair, or TV chair or in a bedroom. It has a lovely firmness.

Please check out a lovely high-quality detail: If you lift the pretty ruffled skirt, you will find that the seat is neatly finished with the fabric. The workshop applied a lovely piping on the back rest to finish off the great curved top of the back.
