These beautiful bowls are very special. They have been made especially for us by Emmanuel, our master wood carver Filberts' father.

Emmanuel's Bowls are simple in design but exquisite. They can be used decoratively as a statement piece on a coffee table or shelf, but they are also wonderful to serve dry snacks or dips in. We love the two tone look of each bowl which showcases the raw natural beauty of African Blackwood.

Your purchase supports job creation and helps to keep the tradition of wood carving in the Makonde tribe alive.

Material: African Blackwood

Please note although the wood is called African Blackwood, it can sometimes have beautiful light grains and sections running through it. We love the two tone look and hope you do too.

Approximate Size: Diameter 15.5-18cm | Height 7-8cm

Care: Hand wash gently in lukewarm water and dry immediately. Do not put in the dishwasher or leave soaking in liquids. Use food safe mineral oil when required to retain the natural finish of the wood.

As with all handmade items, slight variations in shape, design and colour may occur, making each product one of a kind.
