Hackney is inspired by classic Oushak rugs and reimagined in a fresh palette of lavender, cobalt blue, emerald green, and golden yellow. This low-pile, hand-knotted wool rug blends tradition with a contemporary twist, serving as both the foundation and focal point of your space.

Due to the handmade nature of this rug, slight variations in color and scale may occur. Custom made to order.

All rugs are handmade in small batches. Limited stock available. Unless in stock, all rugs are made-to-order. Lead times vary by size. Care Instructions

Vacuum regularly on a low-power setting; avoid vacuuming fringe

Blot spills immediately with a clean, undyed towel—do not scrub

For difficult stains, consult a professional rug cleaner

Use rug protectors under heavy furniture to preserve the pile

Rotate the rug every few months to minimize wear

Shedding is normal for hand-tufted wool rugs and will subside over time

Trim loose yarns with scissors instead of pulling

Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs duties sometimes charged by certain countries, over which unfortunately we have no control. Delivery times may vary make sure to check our estimated lead time on each product page. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking information by email.

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the delivery and return section on each product page for more information.

Our brands are located all over the world, and in some cases, you will be required to pay customs fees. Refer to the country of origin of each product on their product page. Depending on your delivery location custom fees might be payable. Refer to our delivery policy here
