Greenwich is a high-pile, hand-crafted rug featuring a painterly design and a vivid color palette of bright pinks, blues, and oranges. Bold in character and expressive in form, this rug makes an unforgettable statement in any space, anchoring your room with color and energy.

Each rug is custom-made to order and crafted by hand. Due to the artisanal nature of the process, slight variations in color and pattern are to be expected and embraced as part of the rug’s unique character.

These rugs are handmade in small batches, and only a limited quantity is kept in stock. All rugs are made-to-order unless noted otherwise. Delivery times are approximate. Care Instructions

Vacuum regularly using a low-power setting to prevent dirt from settling into the fibers

Avoid vacuuming the fringe

Blot spills immediately with a clean, undyed towel—do not scrub

For tough or set-in stains, consult a professional rug cleaner

Use rug protectors under heavy furniture to prevent pile compression

Rotate the rug every few months to distribute wear evenly

Some shedding is normal with wool, especially in hand-tufted rugs, and will reduce over time

Do not pull loose yarns—trim with scissors instead

Delivery and Return

This product is made to order and not eligible for return. Please note that our shipping costs do not include customs duties sometimes charged by certain countries, over which unfortunately we have no control. When will my product be delivered?

Delivery times may vary make sure to check our estimated lead time on each product page. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking information by email.

Can I return my product?

Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the delivery and return section on each product page for more information.

Will i have to pay custom fees on my order?

Our brands are located all over the world, and in some cases, you will be required to pay customs fees. Refer to the country of origin of each product on their product page. Depending on your delivery location custom fees might be payable. Refer to our delivery policy here
