Moussem was founded in 2020 with the mission of preserving Amazigh heritage by empowering female weavers across Morocco. Their handcrafted textiles, made from natural materials, embody the weavers' stories and traditions passed down through generations. Moussem celebrates slow craftsmanship, producing rugs with rich textures, colours, and personal meaning, all while honouring and sharing the heritage with the world.
When will my product be delivered?

Can I return my product?
Most of our products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. If your product is made to order, we cannot accept any returns. Make sure to check the delivery and return section on each product page for more information.
Will i have to pay custom fees on my order?
Our brands are located all over the world, and in some cases, you will be required to pay customs fees. Refer to the country of origin of each product on their product page. Depending on your delivery location custom fees might be payable. Refer to our delivery policy here
