The Stag Jug is a faithful reissue of an old model preserved in the archives of the Manufacture de Digoin. Inspired by nineteenth-century majolica and pieces from the 1900–1940 period, it features a finely detailed raised animal motif characteristic of decorated jugs of that era.

Made from glazed stoneware, this jug uses a slip finish to reveal the full richness of its bas-relief motif: a majestic stag surrounded by foliage, set within a delicately worked medallion.

Beyond serving water, wine or fresh juices, the Stag Jug can also be used as a vase, holding bouquets, garden herbs or floral arrangements and becoming a distinctive decorative object in the kitchen or living room.

Each piece is shaped and glazed by hand, perpetuating exceptional French craftsmanship and expertise passed down from generation to generation.
