This book is designed to open and lay perfectly flat. It’s designed and printed in the UK on 100% recycled paper (you won’t find all that many notebooks fully recycled, so we’re pretty proud about that).

At the bottom of each page are 7 small circles, which can be used for colour coding or habit tracking - or whatever you fancy!
