Unexpected, delicate and quietly sculptural, My Chrysalis transforms natural silk cocoons into an extraordinary table lamp that glows with remarkable softness.

Each cocoon is individually selected and attached by hand to a finely soldered stainless-steel structure. Around it remains a barely visible halo of silk fibre, catching and diffusing the light to create a warm, ethereal glow.

The result feels somewhere between lighting and sculpture: an intimate object with a distinctly organic presence, designed to bring atmosphere to a bedside table, living room or thoughtfully layered interior.

Created by Bangkok-based lighting studio Ango, My Chrysalis reflects the studio's long exploration of natural materials and hand-developed making techniques. The design has also found its place in distinctive hospitality and residential interiors, including Hotel Cubo in Ljubljana and Garden Atlas in Phuket.
