The piece is then decorated using various brush on glazes and placed back in the kiln for its final 1240 degree centigrade glaze firing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA wick is placed in the pot and hot wax poured into the pot by hand in Paige's kitchen. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe wax use in this candle is pure beeswax.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhen burning keep the wicks cut short to avoid a large thick flame and soot production. On your first burning please allow the top of the candle to fully melt or you may experience what is called 'tunneling'. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eApproximately 50 hours of burn time. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe pot can be reused once the candle is finished. Remove the base of the wick and warm the pot with boiling water and wipe excess wax with kitchen roll.
