From the most wonderful market town of Woodbridge, in Suffolk. The Merchant’s Table is a shop selling hand-crafted objects for the home by independent British makers and artists, with a focus on local communities in Suffolk and London.

Hand-painted shells, with a sense of delft, in distinctive blues and white. The Merchant’s Table  have a choice of graphic – chequerboard, circles; decorative flowers; seaweed; coral; herbs; fish scales. Each shell is unique and a pleasure to hold… they just seem to form to your hand. The shells make for a thoughtful gift. We use them on the table or in the kitchen to hold salt, or on the dressing table for jewellery, or simply as a beautiful object to display.
