Units Sold: 0
Salvaged from an old door in the Athens flea market by Anthologist’s founder Pavlina, this ornate doorknob sculpted with Goddess Demetra is equally appropriate for your front door as it is simply placed as an objet d’art on a stack of old books. Demetra symbolized the harvest and agriculture, as well as the cycle of the seasons, so winter, spring, summer or fall, she’ll be there to welcome you. All of Anthologist’s brass objects are hand-cast using ancient methods including sand molds. The last step of the production process is a hand-polishing to showcase each piece’s inherent brilliance. Some imperfections are natural.
