Entirely manufactured by the Claude Dozorme manufacture in Laguiole, and designed by the Parisian studio MM at the request of Thierry Costes for its Beaumarly restaurants.
Claude Dozorme’s studio has been crafting knives for 100 years. As you’d expect from one of the best Laguiole-run business, detail’s everything: these black and cream-handled knives have gold accents to contrast the quality steel blade. They’re sophisticated, sheek and skillfully made.
The rounded tip makes these 6 Beaumarly knives a safer table choice at dinner. But they’re sharp too – great for cutting thin portions, or tougher foods. Pair with other monochrome dinnerware for a put-together look. Sharpen regularly to keep them working their best.
