Shipping & Returns

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date.
If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Our brands ship our products directly, which means they can arrive in separate packages.

An individual tracking email will be sent for each brand in your order. If part of your order is still missing, email us at hello@maisonflaneur.com. We will locate the missing items for you!

Accidents happen! If your order has arrived damaged, notify us by emailing hello@maisonflaneur.com within 24h of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damage. They will enable us to open a claim with our carriers.

Most of our brands offer a 14-day return period. Please note that made-to-order products are not eligible. Make sure to check the return policy of each product.

As some orders are shipped directly by our brand, we can't always guarantee gift wrapping. But drop a line to hello@maisonflaneur.com. We will do our very best!

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returned items to be received and processed. (Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 2-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement & that we can legally only issue a refund to the card or provider you bought your products on).

Please note once you place an order, your delivery address cannot be revised. We would have to cancel your order and place it again with the amended address.
We cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been packed or shipped, so please, please double-check your details.

We currently ship within the UK, Europe & the US. If you are anywhere else in the world, please email hello@maisonflaneur.com, and we will do our absolute best to help.

As your articles will be shipped directly from individual brands and suppliers, as well as Maison Flâneur, shipping times may vary. Delivery costs do not include taxes or duties applied by your destination country.
