Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique order number. This will also include the details of the taxes and shipping charges as well as your billing information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via an email containing order tracking details as well as estimated arrival date. You can also track your order through ‘My Account’. In Recent Orders, you’ll find an estimated dispatch date which is the most up to date information we have for you – it’s that simple!

To unsubscribe, please scroll down to the bottom of the newsletter, you will then see a link to preferences and an ‘unsubscribe’ option. 

Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to facilitate. Refunds must go back on to the card used at the time of purchase. If that card has expired or has been canceled, please contact hello@maisonflaneur.com.

Yes, you will need to create an account. This will allow us to provide you with a better experience and offer you the following features :

  • Easy return & refund features
  • Add your favorite items to your wishlist
  • View your order status and review past purchases
  • Faster checkout

In the unlikely event the item you ordered is defective, please log in into your Account within 24h of delivery and notify us using the return & refund function in your recent orders. Please provide a description of the damage or error and include a photo of the faulty item.

Our team will assess your complaint and provide you with information on how to return the item, or arrange to collect the item from you. We will either give you a full refund, issue a coupon or order you a replacement. Shipping costs are on us!

Changed your mind? If the items you purchased are eligible for return & refund, we will gladly refund any items purchased at full retail price and returned within 14 days of delivery. Any returned item(s) must be unused and in its original condition. Ensure you check the product descriptions before your purchase as our made-to-order items (e.g rugs, custom ceramics, vintage pieces) are not eligible for return. To return an item, simply fill out the return form in the recent orders section in your Maison Flaneur Account within 14 days of delivery. Our team will assess your return or exchange and provide you with information on how to return the item, or arrange to collect the item from you. We will either give you a full refund or issue a coupon for your next purchase. You will find all you need to know about returns on our Delivery & Returns page. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your returned items to be received and processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Any returns received more than 14 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund.

Each order is unique and products are shipped directly by the supply partner, therefore shipping times can vary and you may receive your order in separate packages.

We currently ship within Europe and to the US

Your article(s) will be shipped to you directly by our individual supplier(s), therefore shipping times may vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. Please note, delivery costs do not include taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once an order is placed, your delivery address cannot be revised. To make an address change, we would have to cancel the order and replace it with the correct one. Sadly, we will be unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been packed or shipped. Please check and double-check that you have entered the correct details while ordering!
